Absolutely! At Red Brook Deck Company, we specialize in designing custom decks that meet the unique needs and preferences of each of our clients. Our team of experienced designers uses cutting-edge CAD software with 3D and rendering capabilities to create precise and detailed designs that are optimized for construction and permitting purposes. We are committed to minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency, and our designs always meet or exceed manufacturer recommendations and building codes.

Our planning package starts at $795 and includes two rounds of revisions. This package delivers a single B or C size plan view and a single color B or C size 3D render, both as PDF files. If you need more detailed and comprehensive drawings, our Planning and Permitting Package starts at $1195 and includes two rounds of revisions. This package delivers a set of B or C size drawings in PDF form, which includes a cover sheet with a color 3D render and relevant project info for building and zoning departments, site plan, plan view, footing layout, framing view & elevation views with all relevant dimensions and specifications.

Please note that land surveys and engineering may be required and will be an additional fee. Any additional drawings required by local authorities are also an additional fee. However, revisions or redesigns needed for approval are included in both packages. We offer a free quote with both packages, and there is no obligation to use our construction services.

We make the quote process as straightforward as possible. For simple projects and replacements that keep existing sizes and shapes, we can usually provide a free quote with just a phone call and some photos, especially if the client knows exactly what products they want to use. For more complex projects that require some decision making, we start with the design process, which includes a free initial consultation to discuss your vision, needs, and budget. From there, we create a custom 3D design that allows you to see exactly what your finished deck will look like. Once the design is approved, we provide a free detailed quote that includes all materials, labor, and any additional services you may need. Our goal is to ensure that you have a clear understanding of the project scope and cost before we begin construction. 

We offer a 2-year warranty on any framing, footing, or craftsmanship issues. However, many decking products come with 25-50 year warranties, which is why we always design and build our decks to maximize the manufacturer warranty. We also suggest that clients follow any manufacturer requirements for their specific warranty requirements. If any issues arise, we'll always be available to help and will even assist with any manufacturer issues to ensure your complete satisfaction.
